If pricing changes, we will notify you via your account email or post a notice on the Website. The new prices will take effect immediately upon the effective date.

All payments must be made in U.S. dollars or your local currency. You agree to pay all charges under the current rates and authorize us to charge your selected payment provider.

Content Generation Restrictions

You agree not to generate content that:

● Impersonates real individuals or depicts people in misleading, defamatory, insulting, threatening, or sexualized ways. ● Use the generated content to spread fake news or misleading information. ● Involves sexual abuse, sexual violence, explicit pornography, or non-consensual acts. ● Depicts children in (semi-)nudity, child pornography, or any form of exploitation. ● Includes violence, abuse, gore, bullying, or promotes suicide. ● Discriminates based on gender, sexual orientation, race, ethnicity, religion, or other protected categories. ● Promotes or incites illegal activities, including drug sales, bodily or psychological harm, violent government overthrow, or hacking. ● Infringes third-party intellectual property or proprietary rights, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, patent and trade secret, even if unintentionally generated due to AI's unpredictable nature. Such content must not be used commercially or distributed. ● Contains personal or proprietary data of individuals, companies, or third parties, such as ID numbers, credit card info, client lists, trade secrets, or other sensitive data.

We reserve the right to modify, edit, reject, or delete any user-generated content at our discretion. Any violations will be reported to the law enforcement units and infringed parties.

Trademarks

Without prior written permission, you may not use any names, logos, designs, or slogans associated with our company. All other trademarks, registered marks, and product names mentioned on the Website are the property of their respective owners and may not be copied, imitated, or used in connection with Aierone without appropriate permission.

Dispute Resolution

If any dispute, claim, or disagreement arises from your use of the Aierone service, you agree to the following process:

Both parties agree to attempt negotiation for at least thirty (30) days before pursuing litigation. Such negotiations begin upon written notice from one party to the other.

If unresolved, the Taipei District Court in Taiwan shall have exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance, and the governing law will be the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan).

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief to prevent or stop misuse of the Service or infringement of our intellectual property or other rights.
